Penistone Local Food & Farmers' Market The eleven stallholders at the October market put on a great display as always and deserved a better day that we got as it was a bit grey and overcast with the odd shower, but this didn't dampen the spirits of the shoppers who came along. To the shoppers who attended, our collective thanks, and to those who did not because of the weather, don't worry, the new market building will keep the worst of the weather off so come and join us to find some great local food - there's bound to be something you will like. So if you are reading this, put the date in your diary or on the calendar so you don't forget - Saturday 12th November - we are here for you!
For the November market we will have all the usual stallholders including Busy Bees Apriaries, Coddy's Farm, Potts Bakers, Two Valleys and Snowden Hill Water Buffalo and not forgetting Granny B's Kitchen Bakery. So remeber you come along in November to have a look at what we have, there is bound to be something that you will like and possibly even love!

The Equine Veterinary Centre We are a four vet equine only horse practice based just off the Wakefield (A638) Rd on the outskirts of Doncaster, South Yorkshire. We specialise only in the veterinary care of horses, so you can feel confident that when you use our practice, you will be seen by one of our vets whose specialist and personal interest lies in the veterinary care of horses, not in small animals or farm work. We cover a large practice area extending up to Selby in North Yorkshire, out to Goole in East Yorkshire, down to Worksop in North Nottinghamshire, and out to Penistone in West Yorkshire. To enable us to offer discounted visit fees for routine procedures we run a 'zone' visit scheme on certain days in certain areas. With a team of four horse vets, we are small enough to offer you a personal and professional approach but big enough to provide a high level of service and 24 hour emergency cover.
